In addition to her outstanding writing skills, she is incredibly bright and has an uncanny ability to grasp complex products quickly and then communicate it in a way so the average target audience can understand it. She is an extremely hard worker and has often gone beyond what was expected of her. Michelle doesn’t simply regurgitate what the client has told her to say.
